  1. Application of Refund Policy
  • This refund policy applies to all courses and programs offered by Genius Business College.
  • Refunds will be considered only under the circumstances outlined below.
  1. Eligibility for Refund
  • Course Cancellation: If Genius Business College cancels a course or program for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid.
  • Non-Delivery of Service: If Genius Business College fails to deliver a course or program as promised and does not provide a suitable alternative, you may request a full refund.

Please be advised that Genius Business College does not offer refunds to students due to delays in issuing Certificates or Statements of Results caused by Seta/QCTO or any of its accrediting bodies.

  1. Refund Procedure
  • To request a refund, you must submit a written request to the Genius Business College administration at admin@geniusbusinesscollege.com
  • The request must include your name, course details, reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation if applicable.
  • Genius Business College will review refund requests within 5 business days and notify you of the decision.
  1. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days to the original method of payment.
  • Any third-party transaction fees incurred during the original payment will be deducted from the refund amount.
