- Application of Refund Policy
- This refund policy applies to all courses and programs offered by Genius Business College.
- Refunds will be considered only under the circumstances outlined below.
- Eligibility for Refund
- Course Cancellation: If Genius Business College cancels a course or program for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid.
- Non-Delivery of Service: If Genius Business College fails to deliver a course or program as promised and does not provide a suitable alternative, you may request a full refund.
Please be advised that Genius Business College does not offer refunds to students due to delays in issuing Certificates or Statements of Results caused by Seta/QCTO or any of its accrediting bodies.
- Refund Procedure
- To request a refund, you must submit a written request to the Genius Business College administration at admin@geniusbusinesscollege.com
- The request must include your name, course details, reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation if applicable.
- Genius Business College will review refund requests within 5 business days and notify you of the decision.
- Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days to the original method of payment.
- Any third-party transaction fees incurred during the original payment will be deducted from the refund amount.
