A learning and development practitioner plans, writes learning objectives, selects and adapts learning resources required for delivery of learning interventions, and facilitates learning in an occupational context.
A Qualified Learner Will be able to:

- Learning and Development Specialist: Designs and delivers training programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Corporate Trainer: Conducts training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Instructional Designer: Develops training materials and e-learning modules.
- HR Development Manager: Oversees the learning and development strategy for organizations.
- Talent Development Consultant: Provides consulting services on talent development strategies.
- Career Development Advisor: Guides employees in career planning and professional growth.
- Training and Development Consultant: Provides training services to clients across industries.
- Performance Improvement Specialist: Identifies and implements interventions to improve employee performance.
- Education and Training Manager: Manages training departments within educational institutions or organizations.

Upon successful completion of all three modules, learners are mandated to undertake an External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA) at an approved assessment center.
Certificates are exclusively issued by the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO). Genius Business College will solely furnish statements of results.
The issuance of learner certificates by QCTO following EISA completion typically requires a processing period of 21 days.
This course will provide comprehensive information regarding the External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA) and its preparation. Additionally, learners will undergo a mock EISA to ensure thorough readiness for the assessment.
